British O Long champs
Winterfold and Pitch Hill
In summary a poor race. Started badley and continued that way. Bad route to 1 sticking in the forest. Then bad route to 3, fluffed 4,5 and slight miss on 6. small miss #9 mucked up route going into #10. Then after doing an alright route to #11 ended up to the north and had to relocate. Got caught by Scott here, then he got away coming back into the butterfly for the final time. he was running stronger than me. Then with Ed for a bit down to the field. After this brief bit of motivation intrest waned again, identified a good route to #27 but didn't take it. went to 27 a strange way, should've ran track to #29 and then missed it badly anyway.
So a tad dissapointed. Should've run the paths more. On the positive nice to run somewhere new.

Mon night run
The retrun of the King (tim). along with Mark B. Went for a trot round Gracies wood loop at the king's request.
Fairly jovial run, with my legs still quite sore from Saturday. Tim proudly showed us how strong his arm is after his stint in Poole.
