Note
(rest day)

Early morning to get F to the sprint, but I definitely wasn't doing anything today except driving home. Slept couple of hours immediately after getting home and felt loads better

Feeling wasn't great, orienteering was scrappy - rushing things.
Result was probably fair - not too far off, but not deserving a top 2 today.

Mega high HR!

Trail/terrain running warm up/down 30:00 intensity: (7:00 @1) + (17:00 @2) + (6:00 @3) 5.9 km (5:05 / km)

11 AM

Trail/terrain running 51:00 intensity: (3:00 @1) + (42:00 @2) + (6:00 @3) 11.4 km (4:28 / km)

HR a bit high, but feeling more alive after.

Quarry, fisheries, farm.

Orienteering 27:30 intensity: (5:00 @2) + (13:00 @3) + (9:30 @4) 5.1 km (5:24 / km)

Great Inman training at Colzium. Another area that is better in real life than it looks on paper, and good planning made this a really intense training. Hard to get into a rhythm, but I was happy with my orienteering, although I didn't get my HR as high as it felt!
