Long run in Loch Ard Forest on forest roads. Grey, wet and windy.
Felt great for 20km, then my stomach was terrible again and I crawled the 9km back to the car.

Lovely run. Kings Park, Cambusbarron, Polmaise, Three Fields Path, up the road to North Third reservoir, then down the west side of that. Up through Craig's Wood, and almost to the top of Lewis Hill, then east through the Sauchie South map and down to Old Sauchie. Back along the track NE to Chartershall Farm, then the footpath north back to Polmaise Road. Back down the road, through Torbrex home.
