Orienteering (Hunter Vallley Champs) 1:09:18 [2] *** 5.06 km (13:42 / km) +124m 12:12 / km
spiked:16/18c shoes: Inov8 Talon212

This was the 4.2 W40 course for the NCN champs. I did OK but could have been better. Some route choice error to no.1 made it more difficult than it should have been and I climbed up a couple of extra contours unnecessarily. 2 and 3 were OK just tough terrain in the rock. Then stuffed 4 badly getting tot he edge of the rock and going in the wrong direction lost heaps of time here probably 6 minutes. Number 6 veered off line so this cost a minute or two as well. Great course and got my money's worth. Good day out.

Walking (Trotters) 1:10:00 [3] 7.0 km (10:00 / km)
shoes: Brooke's adrenaline GTS12

No watch so time and distance a guess. Up Kurrawaba over to Avoca lagoon and back up coast road and back to Tezza. Warm morning, coffee and toast at Harrison's and then voted on the way home.

Pilates (Anytime Gym) 1:00:00 [3]
shoes: Bare Feet

With Mish. This was really good she explained the muscles to use again. I was a bit unstable at the end on my toes. Out of practice.

Yoga (Living Om) 1:00:00 [3]
shoes: Bare Feet

With Amy. Hot today! Shouted myself a new rubber mat! Good session. The new mat has more grip so it is easier to feel grounded.

Swimming (Gosford pool) 22:43 [3] 1.1 km (20:39 / km)
shoes: barefeet &Flippers

Great to get into the pool on a warm calm spring afternoon. Did the usual combo. My watch either needs updating or a new battery as it fades out each time you press a button. Had to talk myself into it though...glad I did!
