Nice afternoon for a swim did the usual. Finished off with 200 no flippers. Back felt good at the end. 1:54, 1:38, 2:14, 1:44, 2:05, 1:43, 2:11, 1:46, 2:04, 1:42, 2:01, 2:10.

Backs a bit dodgy threatening to seize up. Very annoying. So swim was to see if it would loosen up a bit. So swam within myself and not pushing too hard. Usual combo 2:04 no flippers,1:46 flippers f/s, 2:17 k/b, 1:46, 2:13, 1:45, 2:11, 1:45, 2:16, 1:44, 1:58. Last no flippers and after a breather.

Hot session and I felt tired and weak but managed to get to the end with Manu. Different moves but still challenging.

Women's training weekend. Helped putting controls out and walking with the group. Star relay on Sunday pm good fun!
