Too tired today. Was really motivated after Easter to get fit but I've since accepted a temporary increase in work for the rest of the year so I think I'll just have to go back to being retired haha

Feeling so wrecked today, was convinced I was coming down with covid because I felt so tired and faint... Then I remembered I didn't eat lunch or dinner yesterday (oops) and forgot to eat lunch today (double oops) - so ate a big pizza and immediately felt better hahaha
