Trying out Naomis ski (swordfish). Paddled with Matt from the beach into the Haven. A bit less stable than the V10S for sure but still ok.
Only fell in once near the end when we were chatting. Spent a long time trying to remount and eventually managed it! I was slowly improving my technique despite getting more and more tired so didn't panic too much as I was fairly convinced I'd be able to get on eventually. Luckily succeeded just before the rescue ski came out to get me. Not sure what Brent was going to be able to do to assist though.

Lunchrun with the usuals. Same route as a couple of weeks back where I felt like rubbish and it felt like we were going super speedy. Went faster this week and felt super easy.

Cruising around testing the limits of the cross bike/my skill level. Certainly harder climbing up through Silvan than on the mtb but more fun riding there.
