Got all mixed up with dates and times this weekend but o well..

Long run including 45min actual running on the flat round then up valley track round behind sugarloaf down old dyers and back up through vic park. Good long runable run.

Putting out controls. Sadly most people who said they wanted to come training decided not to come today so this all felt like a bit of a waste of time. O well good training trying to get them in the right spot.

Run from Greigs house for a loop or two round the quarry then met the others, up the single tracks and through the forest then back to my bike. I think I got the run to 90minutes.

An easy run around the river to get moving. Felt much better at the end than at the start.

Mucking around at Bannockburn with Chris, Matt and Michael doing some window and corridor exercises.

The window exercises revealed some serious mysteriousness in the orientation of the map.

I was feeling very tired in the legs
