Tried out monghetti intervals in a kayak. Doubled each time from running. Seemed good as the shorter intervals later meant i could focus on technique. Went early to avoid sun. Rowers everywhere!

Commute. Staying home this weekend to sort out my life
Work boot camp. Bit of a waste of time I think (junk training) just making me tired from getting up early. Continues for three more weeks but I think I'll stop going.
Stomach problems. Walked from end of valley track and had to get Mitch to come back and pick me up. Maybe too hot or ate something funny? Had sushi for lunch and ice cream at 330.
