Road cycling 40:00 [3]

Out to haswell quarry and home again. Went super hard on the way out because I was running late only to realise someone thought it would be a good idea to make this run start 30min later than normal grrrrrr.

Easy ride home with a sweet back wind and a bit of a diversion.

Run 1:45:00 [3]

Croc-Kennedys bush-Bellbird-back the same wayish. Really nice night for a run and great to have lots of people showing up including Selena and Katie! However not so great that everyone abandoned at the top of the hill and I was left running with the boys again. Was feeling really good running tonight except right quad still being a bit funny but definately better than yesterday. Think its time to start going back to the gym to strengthen those muscles again.

Went out to do some intervals but right quad was being odd so decided to give it a rest. Did some core stuff and a lot of stretching in the park instead.

Old Tai Tapu Rd at around 4pm. Lovely!

Left ankle really quite painful today. Cant remember rolling it in the weekend though...wierd.

Good stretch after the ride and an enormous dinner. Hungry Monday continues.

Refelecting on 4years of attackpoint as of last weekend. Looking back over four years is pretty interesting. Have I actually got anywhere? Speed wise I think my 4year younger self would have the upper hand at the moment. Endurance? Id kick her ass.Orienteering? It would be a close one.

Road cycling 1:10:00 [3]

Out to McCleans Island and home again. Good to spin yesterdays run out of the legs on the way out. A bit slower on the way home but not too bad.

Orienteering 1:20:00 [4]

Slloooooowwww....no real mistakes though. Got lucky on #6.

All in all a good weekend of training. But not so good on the getting uni work done.My concentration is seriously lacking.
