Tempo run around the hagley 5k circuit. Was a bit windy and with no one to shelter behind or pace myself off I thought I would be heading for a slower time. Luckily I could recall around where the k markers were so kept on track for 20min.
A very tough physical training. Ran up from the end of Albert Tce and then did Greigs hill interval/downhill o training. Only managed 4 of the loops as I was pretty hungry by the end of the thrid. A good idea for training up there though as I usually feel like I dont actually do any running when we have night training in the tussocks.
Wed night run with the guys. The valley tracks. Feeling a bit slow and sniffly still...Im a little worried that the shit is about to hit the fan with uni work and I am going to get myself sick just in time for aus.
