Relocation with La and Clare. This was good training! Forced me to remember to stop and look around for the big features and get out of there if I cant relocate quickly.

Simlpification. Another good session. Definately the way I want to orienteer at Naseby (and anywhere else!).
1. Having a plan for each leg, nice and simple so I can run fast
2. Getting the exit direction right and sticking on my bearing
3. Slowing down in the control circle and reading the detail

Tennis match training with Scott and Alistair at Bower Ave. Was feeling pretty good tonight and navigationg ok. Tried to focus on getting good control flow and exit direction. Always good to train with the guys, especially on terrain that I know well.

I have been officailly kicked out of the dsquad today...after 7 years of loyal service I have seen 3 coaches, many camps recieved lots of usefull advice! I will miss the dsquad. Does this make no longer part of NZ high performance?

Last of the evening sprint events. Ran reasonably cleanly but didnt feel I was running super fast and there were a lot of places you could run fast! Was a couple of minutes ahead of Lara so pretty happy with that.

Up Bowenvale, around the back of the hill, harry ell and then down through vic park. Bit hot out on the hills today but my cold is still hanging around a bit.
