Met Tane to do some orienteering training. Lara's night sprint from 2 years ago. A small step towards doing some real map reading before sprint the bay but not sure I actually had to navigate that much. I know this place too well.
Cruised back down the hill stopping to watch the cycling at various points along the way. Orienteering is definately a better spectator sport than cycling!
Up Dyers pass and along and down kennedys bush. Not sure how long this actually took but it felt like a long time! Legs feeling all tight and horrible on the last downhill.
Hill intervals up Rapaki. 3 min on then 90sec slowly downhill, started from the bottom of the road. Up to the top if Mt Vernon and then cruised back down valley track
