7 x 3min intervals up rapaki to the top of mt vernon. Last one was a killer

Starting to get mega excited about jwoc, happy with my form and training at the moment, and looking at maps and photos of the area has proven a valuable procrastination tool.

Looovely warm night for a ride out to the forest. Ahhh the calm before the storm.

Reasonably cruisy wed night run, as my big light is broken and was feeling pretty average after a long day studying

6x4min intervals at the park with 2min jogging recoveries. Feeling pretty strong at the moment and the pain in my heel which has been nagging me for some time appears to have gone.
