Run race 26:00 [5] 6.0 km (4:20 / km)

Jane Patterson cross country at South Brigthon. Suffered from almighty stitch for about 5km. Felt like I was going so slow...and was. Lots of pain and suffering.

A nice night for a run! Up bownvale (this never gets any easier...) , around and over mt vernon and then back along the tops and down harry ell. Tracks not too muddy today.

Nice long run in dunedin, up round the resevoir. Had fun getting myselk well lost. One of those runs when I didnt want to go out the door, but felt fantastic after about 15minutes. Loving it.
