At Ilam track, 200m from my front door! Ran in stupid socks, so got some bad blister action. Otherwise feeling really good. Hill intervals on tuesday

Lab ran late so i didnt make it out to training, instead took the day off to try and get rid of my cold and finish my assignment

Nice cruisy run from the takahe this week, with dennis and daniel. Needed an easy run. Still cant shake this cold, starting to piss me off.

Re running the course at woodend. Did it as a series of terrain intervals 3controls on 1 off. Got some good flow on, but made a few mistakes at the end, maybe got a bit stuffed.

An ok race.stuffed up 4 being too high but relocated quickly. Made a mistake in the middle of the long leg, not concentrating?, but apart from that enjoyed a nice run around the hills.
