Run warm up/down 15:00 [3]

Good warm up to see if the knee was ok. Felt a little wobbly? and heavy but not painful so went ahead with the intervals

Run intervals (Monghetti) 20:00 [5]

Glad I did this session. Started feeling gimpy but felt stronger and stronger as the intervals decreased. Quick and easy way to get training in at the end of the day.

1min faster than 4days ago. Got stitch bad on the last lap. Goals of beating Greig may take some work.
