Orienteering 15:00 [4]

Flock hill sprint, on course I set. Beat Carsten by 19sec oh yea. Camp Champ!

Run 1:14:00 [3]

Lovely night run with James, Neil and Tessa via forest to beach and along to Waimak and back. Beaut night for it, was feeling great. Foot really sore in bed, but then it did a huge crack and felt better so I could get to sleep.

Orienteering 1:00:00 [2]

Putting out controls, getting lost, helping kids on Woodend. Starting to make sense of the map now :).

Orienteering 1:00:00 [3]

Collecting controls at night. Fun pack running first then getting lost with James we seemed to have lost the ability to go in the right direction. I love night orienteering. Carsten managed to do it without a torch
I was very impressed.
