If I cant run Im going to make sure that when I can I am so well conditioned hills will just flatten under my feet. Was going to go swimming, I cant remember why I didn't.
Over, up rapaki, round single track had my game face on and was kicking the technical stuffs ass but was getting late when I hit Dyers Pass and I
was hungry so went down the road.
Morning run. Same as before. Foot sore. No more running for awhile I think.

Queen Charlotte track with Duncan and Alan in the evening. From Anakiwa to Misiltoe bay and back. Apparantly best part of the track for riding. Some fun single track but not ver technical. Awesome downhill back into Anakiwa.

In the morning with Rach. Calm as day in the sounds, perfect.
From batch through Picton, up Port Underwood rd to the top of the hill above port underwood and back. Great climb, but went hard so suffered climbing the wedge after Picton. Awesome views and back to the bay for a sweet swim and fresh fish for lunch which the guys had caught while I was riding. Paradise.
