Run round grandparents farm in Rangiora. Knee didnt seem to hurt at all when I was running, bit tender now, definatey couldn't have handled Conrtol 90. Good move not going.
Half without orthotics and then half with, seemed to improve with orthotics, but cant really tell. Didnt hurt for long afterwards, stretching seemed to help.

Cause-overuse, not enough recovery time.
Plan-aqua jog, cycle(not if it hurts), 2 runs per week, see podatrist, soft tissue massage.
Noticing a major imbalance in my core/leg strength. Bad side is way stronger and more controlled, is this normal? Will have to make sure I stretch and strengthen both sides evenly from now on.

Ran short red and took it easy. Knee felt pretty good the whole time even without strapping which fell off at number 2. Still happy with the way im orienteering, pretty clean run.
