Regular tempo route, but backwards. Ran with heavier shoes and a little backpack today since I was on my way home from kindergarten. Have had a theory that they routes are roughly comparable, but it seemed harder going this way. Grinda is 20m higher than the gate at Sognsvann. Passed Hammeren at 16:00. Second half in 17:46.

Geoform race from Øversetertjern. Tired legs but ran decently at least on the first half. A bit sloppy in places in the middle, but pretty happy with the run. Think Mathias beat me with half a minute, and Skage was over 3 mins ahead.

Rode bike to the race, which was way up on Holmenkollen. Took a lot longer than I expected. Only counting the ride up, since the ride home was almost all downhill.
