Went to eventyrfabrikken with Tessa, and ran from there up past TÃ¥sen, then to Sognsvann, Ankerveien to Hammered, then around the lake and home. Raining but nice to be out. Legs felt good.

Hytteplanmila. Goal was 34 but realized that 34:30 would be more realistic given the recent training. Anyway, was on schedule to about 4 km, then it slowly slipped without me really realising it. By 6 k I had slowed down significantly. Still ok run. Super huge field of good people, don't think I've placed over 200th in a race in a very long time. Jakob Ingebrigtsen set a Norwegian road record in 27:50. 20 guys went sub 30.

6 degrees and drizzle. Ran with thin long sleeves, but quickly regretted it, singlet would have been the right choice today.

Alternative Monday with Mathias and Ivar at Domus Athletica. 8x3 mins in the pool + 25' warm up/cool down. Then 30 mins on the elliptical. Distance was 1.93 of some unknown units. Finally 10 mins on the threadmill at 14 kmh.
