Nice trail run with Louise while my parents walked with Tessa sleeping. From Stein, Skriverberget, down towards Burudvann, then up on the plateau, Haslumseterkapell, Brunkollen, Nygård, back to Stein. Sunny weather and warm temperatures.

Easy run from work home, via Ullevål, Korsvål, on trails to Hønefoten, then the trail along the power line to Grinds and the usual way home. Nice to run in the forest.

4x7 minute tempo from Stein to Muren and back. A bit tired today but felt I could push the pace a bit. Especially fast on the downhills on the way back. Was trying to maintain threshold level heart rate on the downhill, which I normally struggle with. This time went a bit overboard and hit 180 at one point.

Could feel the hard downhills the next day.
