Lynn headwaters - Norvan - Coliseum Mountain - Burwell Mountain (1541 m) - North/South Needles - Hydraulic Creek - Rice Lake.

Epic run with Ian C, Ivar, Louise, Troy, and Nate. Long uphill climb to Coliseum, then we ran the ridge to Burwell. On our way back from Coliseum, we mostly bushwacked over the Needles, which was quite hilly. It started getting dark, so we bailed down Hydraulic Creek so we could run the last 5k on the paved trail in the Seymour Valley. Fantastic views, weather, and company.
