Too busy with work to do a real run, so did a cruise through the hood. Randomly met Ivar on the biketrail. He was in the same situation, just needed to get out for a break. Ran together discussing the intricacies of fixing Yr's temperature predictions.

Fornebuløpet 10k. Wasn't expecting much today, given the lack of road specific training this year, but took it as a good workout. Pace felt easy to begin with, but didn't quite have the fighting spirit to finish under 35 minutes. Mathias in second with a nice 33:20.

Had planned to run in the death shoes, so I "post-processed" my feet by putting tape on them. Realized about half an hour before the race that I had taped the wrong side of my feet (should have been on the inside), so reverted to the hyperspeeds.

Would be fun to train for a good road time again.
