Night-hawk relay, leg 6. Wasn't planning on running, but Nydalen 2 had some injuries so ran a day leg. Felt tired from the jetlag and previous weekend's epic run. Quite a few mistakes totaling about 5 mins maybe.

Last clubrun. Concept was to just do a nice recovery run, but people started pushing the pace already quite early. Adam looked quite fit. St. George's, Sasamat, Hemlock, Salish, Spanish, Blanca.

When we got to Blanca we got the genius idea to have a race back to Dunbar, where any route was allowed. My goal was to hit Top trail, to cut the corner to Imperial. This went horribly wrong and what was a straight line in my head, was a very round about way of doing it. Came way after Nate and Gilles.

Month of epic is over. 30 days with 42:35 of training, 343km, 12700m of climb.
