Nice run with Louise around the hood.

Urban orienteering at Ullevål hospital. Challenging course, requiring constant focus. An easier section in the middle, but the rest was tough. Think I picked decent routes, but unsure on #5, #8, #15, and #22. Results.

Warm up with dad.

Awesome night-O session on a local Norrköping map I found on the internet. No printer, so ran with my cellphone, which worked surprisingly well. Nice to have a backlit map, and the ability to zoom in and out.

Didn't bring a compass since it would be hard with the cellphone. Got turned around on some legs. Also, quite dense fog so the visibility was low. Very nice runnable forest though.

At 9 I thought I was at 8, so started navigating towards 9 on my way to 10. Quickly realized, but then got completely lost when I ran down the hill. Crossed the marshy area with the river cross, and saw the open field on the left, all of which I made sense of. Then started searching on top of the wrong hill and nothing made sense. Had to eventually get a compass bearing from the GPS.

An easy late in the evening run around Norrköping. A very nice town it seems. From hotel, across the river, around a park, and back on some roads.
