Orienteering training camp in Halden, put on by Eva Jurenikova. Training course in nice Halden terrain. Some control picking, some line-o. 10cm of snow on the ground.

Orienteering inside a school in Halden. Crazy hard navigating between 5 floors, using a meny different sets of stairs. Parts of the Swedish elite team were there too.


11th place. Results.

Strength training in the gym after the race, focusing on core muscles. This is why I never do core, I get so sore afterwards.

Orienteering race south of Oslo. Starting to get a hang of this, but still many mistakes. -6°C outside, lamp low on battery at 55 mins.
