Note

Radio orienteering at Robert Burnaby Park, with Ian the hard man. 2m wavelength. Went out with Amel to get some pointers. A lot of fun!

Up the Squamish Chief with John. Ian the hardman, Gilles, and John's friend Scott. Can you believe it, the hardman hadn't been up the Chief before? Probably not enough crevasse crossings, etc.

WET at Lynn Valley. Route choice course. A bit tired on the hills.

7x800m at the track. Big group: Julien, Gilles, Ian the hardman, Adam, Graeme, and Julien's friend. Bad bowel pain so dropped after 4. Told the hardman to hammer out a fast last one, which they did in 2:21. Julien running most of them in 2:27. Legs felt good.
