Race at Thetis Lake, near Francis King. Checked the course last week, so had a pretty good feel for where to go. Good run by Graeme.

Super training camp -- fun group of people. Getting the opportunity to coach others was pretty useful for me.

5x1200m on the program. Julien and Louise there. Did 2x1200 and then 3x800 so that I could keep up. Roughly 3:53 on the 1200s and 2:32 on the 800s.
