Went to the C.G. Brown pool in Burnaby. 500m front crawl (10:28) follwed by 500m breast stroke (12:58). Felt good.

Swimming at Hillcrest pool with Julien.

Biking 20:00 [4]

Indoor biking with Julien. Had a competition who could burn the most calories in 20 minutes. We tied at 320. We realized you could game the system by increasing the gears, so we kept it at 13, with an rpm of 110.

Rowing 10:00 [2]

Julien taught me how to use the rowing machine.

10x1min, 30s off at Lord Byng with Louise.

Swimming 12:38 intensity: (3:38 @3) + (9:00 @4) 0.3 km (42:07 / km)

50m front crawl (57s), 20s rest, 50m breast stroke (1:15), 20s rest. Repeated for a total of 4 times.
