James Cunningham 9.5km race. Ran by myself from 3-7km. Got passed and kept a slightly higher pace on the last 2.5km. 39 seconds faster than last year, so happy with that. 9th place overall. Quite cold, only 8 degrees.

WET at Deer Lake. Not so motivated to run fast today. Didn't feel very hardcore today. That's what happens when Markez stops running and spends all his time mountain biking instead. Need to be more hardcore. It's time for hardcore marsh safari terrain running intervals soon.
