Terrain running 1:00:00 [2] 6.0 km (10:00 / km)
shoes: New Balance X 2

Long run with Louise, Carol, and Oystein in PS park. Did a lot of forest running, which was really nice since the forest was covered in snow. Seems the forest is easier to run in when there's some snow. Oystein and I came out of the forest on to a path and a woman asked if we realised we were running off trail. Then she wondered why we would do such a thing destroying the ecosystem. Reminded me of Eric Bone's nice rant. Still hacking away at the west end of PS park, turning it partly into manicured parks and other good stuff.

Strength 12:00 [3]
shoes: New Balance X 2

Plyometrics in the middle of the forest. Some log jumping, and other strength exercises. At the end we made sure we put back all the logs in their natural position, though we did break one unfortunately.

Trail running 30:44 [2] 5.8 km (5:18 / km)
shoes: New Balance X 2

To and from UBC.
