Got a ride with Lehel up to Mount Seymour. Wanted to see how far I could run in an hour. Pushed quite hard and made it to the last peak before Mount Seymour (1420m). 32 mins up, 27 down. Really nice sunny days, with great views.

Tempo run with John. Patrick joined us for art of the warm up. Ran down the train tracks to Vanier Park. Ran through to Kitisilano and back up the train tracks. Tempo roughly from kits beach. John pushing hard up the hill. Good 20 min temporun.

Orienteering at Robert Burnaby Park. Score-o event. Accidentally skipped a control when I wanted to take a different route than Patrick and Magnus.

A run with dad from the parking lot up to the top of Belchem (1400m above sea level) in the south Blackforest. Supposedly one can see all the way to Mount Blanc, but today there were some clouds in the way. A mix of grassing fields (skiruns in the winter) and open spruce forest. Cool 360 degree views from the top into small villages in the valleys far below. Lunch in Staufen afterwards.
