shoes: Nike shoes

Terrain running with Louise and Lehel just north of the Coquitlam. The area was extremely open in places. Not too much detail, but very fun to run in. Some areas were thicker, similar to the eastern part of UBC Research forest.

Warm up and cool down for the intervals.
Robin, Louise and Magnus were also there.

6 x 800m with a short rest between 500 and 300m. Average around 1:37 and 0:57. Went faster in the end: 1:32 and 0:51.

Orienteering at Deer Lake. Took it easy in the beginning. Pushed harder in the end.
