Biking 50:33 [5] 27.9 km (33.1 kph) +100m

Biked with a mountain bike along Hwy. 8 after updating the Kamp Kiwanis map and after setting 25 controls. Good speed for the most part. Averaged about about 43 until the last 3 kilometres which had a 100 m eleveation gain.

Running (Cross country) 45:04 [3] 10.0 km (4:30 / km)

40% cross country, hill course. Too tired near end had to walked.

Friday Jun 21, 2002 #

Running 38:13 [4] 9.0 km (4:15 / km)

Running around in the Strathcona area.

Orienteering 15:00 [3] 2.0 km (7:30 / km)

Running to the bus through very hilly terrain. Had to hurry near the end in order to catch it. No use though, it left 5 minutes before its scheduled time!!

Solid, fast run. Pushed hard last few kilometres to get under 4:00 min/Km
