Running (Long) 1:58:00 [2] 12.0 km (9:50 / km) +600m 7:52 / km

Went for a long run with Lehel in the mountains. We took the Skyride up to Grouse Mountain. Then we ran to the top of Goat Mountain. There was about 5cm of fresh snow on top of half a meter of hardpacked snow.

Determinator race in Mundy Park. Quite tired from yesterday, but was able to push most of the way.

Warm up and cool down for the orienteering race. Did a 20 minute cool down jog with Louise around on the trails in the park.

Ran leg three of The Great Trek. Didn't have a watch - time is approximate. The course went from Discovery and Imperial, to 16th and Wesbrook. First 1 km along a trail in the forest.

Noon hour 5K race at UBC. The course went down NW Marine Drive as usual.

Warm up and cool down for intervals. Ted, Marg, Louise and Meghan were there.

Did 5 times:
3 timess 200m repetitions, with 100m jogging in between

Was ahead of Bruce for most of the course. He got me at the end again.

Loop 1 of the WET. Ran together with Robin Foubister because he didn't have his light with him.

Loop 2 of the WET. Robin and I pushed it a bit more on this shorter loop.

Richmond Flatlands 10K road race. Missed the start by about 30 seconds, but event used chip timing so it was OK. Spend first 2km passing people.

Felt very easy to complete the exercise. Think it's time to increase speed a little bit.

5K race at UBC. The course went through the trails in the forest. Went pretty hard from the start. Bruce held on all the way, and was stronger in the finish. Ran 4 seconds faster than the same course in the spring, which is good for not haveing started intervals yet.

DId 1 by 1000m, 2 by 600m 5 by 200m intervals with Ted, Maureen, Louise, and some friends of T&M. Training session was in Crescent Park, White Rock. Nice weather.
