Training Log Archive: Hammer

given that my commute to work 95% of the time is walking or cycling I destroyed my carbon footprint commute average today (and I'm not even home yet). 7am flight to Calgary. 7 hour meeting in Calgary and now waiting for my 6pm flight home to the Hammer which arrives home at midnight. 18 hour day with 8 hours on a plane plus 2 taxi rides. Yikes.

and it is time for sanding of my kayak! The design changed a bit due to availability of red vs white cedar but I like it a lot.

some jogging plus some core and stretching during ARK Attack x 2. Great meeting afterwards with ARK Attack kids and parents. Taking it to the next level this autumn for kids 13-18.
