So somehow last week injured myself yet again and couldn't walk for a few days. This is getting ridiculous - I feel like I'm being very slow and steady in my introduction of running and still am injuring myself. Grrrr pregnancy-loosened joints. I mean, I'm happy that baby was able to get out of my pelvis, but would really like things to tighten up now, thanks!
I haven't been able to find my SI (sacro-illiac) belt from healing from S's birth, so have finally broke down and ordered a new one, hopefully it will help!
