4th day. Did more running than walking!! 1.5 min run, 1 min walk. Still no pain whatsoever, just being careful as body gets used to running again. Really thrilled this has gone well so far!!

3rd day easing into running! A little loose on the timing (because I zoned out), but mostly 1 min on, 1 min off. Picked up some milk storage bottles from a neighbor.
