Hiking 16:06 [1] 0.76 mi (21:11 / mi) +20m 19:35 / mi

Rex loop, beautiful weather, so glad the smoke is gone!

Sadly the last day (grand)parents Crocker are around helping out with Sylvia. Will miss having them on the 4am-7am shift, which has probably been the best sleep I've gotten for the past week each night!

Note

It was time for us to renew, so Sylvia has become an Orienteering USA member! =)

Hiking 15:47 [1] 0.74 mi (21:20 / mi) +7m 20:43 / mi

Flat loop at the top of the hill, including dropping off request for birth certificate to the mail. Also went by the 'meth house' site - now fully destroyed, beginning construction...

Hiking 18:23 [1] 0.91 mi (20:12 / mi) +33m 18:09 / mi

Malden St. loop, but some signs afterwards that I might have overextended myself, so will have to ease up the next few days...

Hiking 20:59 [1] 0.98 mi (21:25 / mi) +39m 19:03 / mi

Malden St. loop. Nice to have the uphill at the end to make it feel like this is some sort of aerobic work.

Hiking 17:00 [1] 0.75 mi (22:40 / mi)

SE on Flavel, S on 52nd, NW on Rex, N on 45th, back home.

Little (but longest yet!) walk around the neighborhood.

Starting to think about what recovery will look like. Order I plan to start things up:
- walking (now)
- Mama/Baby yoga (next week?)
- elliptical
- Pilates
- running

Hah, actually, that list is the reverse order I stopped doing things during pregnancy. Could add biking at the end, although I'm not sure if that will be easier or harder than starting up running.

Apparently the name of the game is pelvic floor strengthening, first and foremost! Here goes!
