Running hills 1:35:30 [3]
Over to a friend's house to try to borrow his bike, but I only succeeded in flattening both tyres because the pump that was right by his bike needs a new valve, apparently.... I felt really stupid, good to know it is actually broken.
So ran up to Shotover instead and did 7 x (1 min up, 45 sec down (easy), 30 sec up). Wanted to do 9, but hamstrings were getting tight after 7, so decided not the time to get myself injured!
