Hmm, so I kept taking my heartrate this morning because I really wanted it to be as low or close to yesterday so I could go for my first jog. But 56 was as low as it got...
Also felt a bit weak/tired for most of the day, so decided not to chance it. I'm totally coming back, but have a strong preference to not be a super-zombie again, so am being careful. So silly that just an hours walk yesterday wiped me out today!!
