Pretty grey day but eventually hit the trails with Isak. Nice and easy, a recovery run of some sort since legs definitely could feel yesterday's ride. Up rail trail and then across to Beckett via Scenic.

First long road ride for the season with Dave, Cambridge and back. 10-12C, sunny but a wind that we didn't really realize how strong it was until we got to conc6. No talking, head down and fighting through it. Pretty tired at the end, don't think I had prepared well enough with food/water for a 3+ workout.
