Running 20:00 [1]

Orienteering race 1:21:00 [4]

Really nice area. Terrain was great for most of the part. Perhaps the entire race actually. Did a few smaller mistakes but ran with the goal to always know exactly where I was, which meant a few extra stops here and there but although Hammer beat me I wouldn't change tactics. It was fun orienteering. Knees hurt a bit at the end.

Running 20:00 [1]

Orienteering race 42:00 [4]

Loong drive, left Hammer 5AM but I was ready to go and legs felt really good. I came off to a good start and had a decent lead on Red X already after 5 min but had problems 5-6 consecutive controls after that. Pulled it together for a while but did seriously stupid mistake in the ski hill. Won all splits on legs >2 min, a testament to that form was fine physically but too bad my technical ability was not in pair.

Running 50:00 intensity: (14:00 @1) + (20:00 @4) + (16:00 @5)

Loop of Pain with ARX. Tough to keep up with Isak. After a couple of warm up laps we were head to head but didn't stand a chance on the last loop.
Ran four 3 x 1 min on the rail trail after.

Running 1:52:00 [3]

Aimed for a quicker pace and kept 4:45 min/km for most part but suffered in the heat. Ran from home to Trail Centre via a loop in Ancaster and Old Mill and then lower rail trail home and up to Chedoke one last time. I was done after that.
