Orienteering 33:01 [3] 4.2 km (7:52 / km)

Long Sprint at Sydney Uni. Very good course planning by Wiz. Much more enjoyable than yesterday. Very muggy out but ok once you got going. Warm up was carting a spare 20m extension lead over from our Glebe shop.

Long Sprint at new map in Manly. Really felt the heat and struggled for motivation after two big errors on 6 & 7. 7 was to the mandatory crossing point and then major error going to 11 (ended up at 1 on Map B and had to plan route from B1 to A11). No fitness or speed at the moment.
