shoes: Inov8 X talon blue

Hot and muggy. Couldn’t get any running speed up not that had any to start with. Bit of a second wind after 8 to 12. Body shutdown after that. Smacked head on tree between 15. & 16.

Focussed on not stopping. PB by 26 secs. Last k couldn’t get another gear.
