Felt ok running. Didn't push hard enough. Still had a lot left in the tank at the end.

Running (Parramatta CorporateCup) 29:05 [3] 5.9 km (4:56 / km)

Plodded around. Not as hot as last time . No one else running in same direction around Parramatta Park to encourage fartlek motivation.
