Slow slow slow.. Really nice area..i.e. not much rock and soft ground which made running fast hard for me. Seem to be going into fast space-time continuums a bit lately 'cause in my mind the course doesn't seem to take that long. Also the distance looked much further on the map then it felt on the ground? Got a bit of flow after descending from the transmission line tower into Mordor and managed to but chose a horrible route through the green on the second long leg to 10. plodded home.
