Orienteering 1:04:02 [3] 6.0 km (10:40 / km)
shoes: Inov8 opp shop

Got up at 0700, but couldn't leave the little one on her own. Took ages to get out of Sydney and feel the F3 freedom in the Ford.
Middle Distance at Pelaw Main was an awesome area for run, so pity I couldn't seem to. All OK until 11 although overshot 2. Then brain fade got it together through to 17 and then 18 ended up at the big lake when I should have been at the small chain of lakes. At 19 I lead a lost Richard Hyslop into the 'bingo' ontrol and then his young legs dissapeared into the distance. Tried to keep up with Brodie Nank thorugh the last loop but was kidding myself.

Note

Uni Assignment looking like getting in the way of weekend's orienteering and camping. Gotta work 11pm to 2am Friday night as well so looks like I will miss the ridiculously early start time for the Sprint anyway.. :(

Metroleaugue 2 - Kingswood Country

A runner's course with a few long slog open hills.
Two things go through my mind when traversing the vast open spaces of Sydney campus type maps.
1) What the hell are all these buildings used for?
2) What an inefficent use of land!

That said, forgot to orienteer properly over the bridge and hit an uncrossable fence.why is this is in a paddock?

Too slow. Good fun running for your club. Go Div B!
